We are writing this letter to reiterate our verbal accolades we have expressed to the team at pool designs who helped us with our in ground pool issues. We have already given this feedback to John Michota and his team, as well as Liz at the office, for their help and highest level of customer service.
After experiencing challenges with a floating pool liner due to extreme weather conditions and high levels of precipitation earlier this season, and based upon a recommendation from a neighbor who had positive experiences with pool designs, Inc., we called upon the company and spoke with Liz. In an immediate response, she had John get in touch with us and stop by for a visit to assess the situation. John came back later with another professional, Eric, to give us guidance on how we may possibly prevent this problem from occurring again (install a system that includes drains and a pump to redirect storm water and groundwater saturation), as well as how to fix the liner.
Even after the liner was re-set, we had some issues since the drainage and pump system or not yet in place and the rain continued relentlessly. Liz tracked John down and sent the team out to re-evaluate. Again, the liner was fixed. Rain continued to pour down on us with a vacation on the horizon. We were very concerned that we would continue to encounter liner issues until our permanent solution was implemented. That's when John stepped in again - to temporarily institute a make shift process that involves one of the companies pool/deck pumps. While we were away, the rain continued during the wettest June on record. John stopped by several times to ensure the pump was carrying water away from around the pool wall to prevent another floating liner. If we didn't have that back up system in place with John's continuous follow up while we were out of town, we are not sure what disastrous scenario we would have come home to...
The team at pool designs, their work, follow through, personal care and CustomerService are why we will continue to give the company our business, spread the word to our friends and neighbors who have pools, and why we wanted to write this letter. Thank you for all your help and genuine care towards your customers so that we may have the opportunity to enjoy our summer and our pool.

Once again we just have to say what a fantastic job you guys did on our pool! Especially John! If it wasn't for him, there is no way this project would have turned out as perfectly as it did. We cannot say enough praise towards John and his dedication to his work. He is truly a professional and I will recommend him to everyone I come acress. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, but his follow-through at the end of the job was remarkable.
Last year at this time the pool was just a dream.

We are getting a pool installed in 19 Fenton Lane! At first we were not sure and many pool companies had no problems tracking us down and selling their pool company to us. From emails, to constant messages, to stopping by our property and doing an assessment of our land to see how big of a pool would fit in our property.
We decided to do our own searching, and happened to look further than what was in our own backyard. We stopped by a pool store named Pool Designs, Inc., it is right over on Route 130 heading north in Yardville.
What we found were an elderly couple named Gail and Michael. If you can appreciate the "old-school" approach, you will find that these owners will remind you of the old "mom and pop" store owners, or the corner hardware store where they greet you, and then leave you alone to look around or ask questions. Gail the owner, will say if you need any information we will be glad to help just let us know, and off she went. Then we met with her husband "Mike" a cute elderly man, who knows the business of Pools, but is not arrogant, or pushy, except to make sure his employees are assisting any waiting customers.
Well to make a long story short, we ended up purchasing our fiberglass pool with them. If you are considering getting a pool, stop in to their store first and take the time to speak with the owners of Pool Designs, Inc., you won't regret it.
